- About Us. Rich Girl Club is an online apparel and accessories store operated from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Some products are made to order or shipped directly from our manufacturing/fulfillment partners, which may affect production and shipping timelines.

3. Products and Pricing. We try to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll be refunded in full.
4. Orders and Payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept that offer when we confirm and process your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details. You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information you provided.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich Girl Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
