Refund policy

We want you to love your Rich Girl Club order. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, for most items. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Some items can't be returned for hygiene/safety reasons, including intimates, swimwear (if the liner has been removed), and beauty/cosmetic products that have been opened or used. To start a return, email us at sixfigures2026@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sixfigures2026@yahoo.com with a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover return shipping in these cases.
Final Sale. As of this policy's publish date, no items in our catalog are marked final sale -- our standard return policy above applies store-wide. If we introduce final-sale or clearance items in the future, they will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
Late or Missing Refunds. If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, first check with your bank or card provider. Still don't see it? Email us and we'll look into it.
