Shipping policy

Your Rich Girl Club order deserves to show up as flawless as it left the studio. Here's exactly how shipping works -- no fine print, no guessing games.

 

Processing Time. Every piece is made-to-order or fulfilled through our manufacturing and dropshipping partners, so we take the time to get it right. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item ships. During high-demand moments -- think holidays or a new drop -- processing may run a little longer. Worth the wait, promise.

 

Shipping Time. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and what's in your cart. Some pieces ship from different fulfillment locations, so if your order has multiple items, don't be surprised if they arrive in separate packages on separate days.

 

Where We Ship. Right now, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We're not yet able to ship internationally, but we're working on it -- join our email list to be the first to know when we expand.

 

Shipping Costs. Spend $75+ and shipping's on us. Under $75? You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay a cent -- nothing hidden, nothing sprung on you at the last step.

 

Order Tracking. The second your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can watch it make its way to you. Give it 24-48 hours after that email lands for the tracking number to fully update.

 

Delays. We work with reliable fulfillment partners, but every now and then things outside our control -- high demand, weather, carrier hiccups -- can slow a package down. If your order's running seriously late, email us at hello@richgirlclub.store and we'll track it down for you.

 

Incorrect Address. Double-check your shipping address at checkout -- once your order ships, we can't reroute it. If a package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may come with an additional shipping fee.
