Shipping policy

Processing Time. Most Rich Girl Club items are produced and/or fulfilled through our manufacturing and dropshipping partners. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing before your item ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, new drops), processing may take a little longer.

 

Shipping Time. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on your location and the specific item(s) in your order. Because some products ship from different fulfillment locations, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, on different days.

 

Where We Ship. We ship within the United States, and we also ship internationally to a wide range of countries -- including Canada, Australia, and most of Europe -- through our fulfillment partners. The exact list of countries we currently support is shown automatically at checkout based on your address; if your country isn't available at checkout, we don't yet ship there.

 

Shipping Costs. Free shipping on orders $75+. Orders under $75 will show the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay -- nothing hidden.

 

Order Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update after you first receive them.

 

International Orders. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country -- these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

 

Delays. While we work with reliable fulfillment partners, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, email us at sixfigures2026@yahoo.com and we'll look into it for you.

 

Incorrect Address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout -- we're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping fee.
