Shipping
How much does shipping cost?+
Orders $75+ ship free, always. Under $75, it's a flat $8 for standard U.S. shipping — no surprise charges at the last step, promise. Shipping outside the US? Your exact rate shows automatically once you enter your address at checkout, since it varies by country. Full details on our shipping policy.
How long until my order ships and arrives?+
We process orders in 2–7 business days (a little longer during drops and holidays — everyone wants in). Once it ships, standard delivery runs 7–20 business days depending on your location and what you ordered.
Will my order arrive in one box?+
Maybe not — some pieces ship from different fulfillment partners, so multi-item orders can arrive in separate packages on separate days. Don't panic if one piece shows up before the other.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?+
Yes — we ship to Canada, Australia, most of Europe, and more. If your country isn't showing at checkout, we don't ship there yet. Heads up: international orders may get hit with customs fees or import duties on your end — that's your country's charge, not ours.
Returns & Exchanges
What's the return window?+
14 days from delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, tags on. Intimates, swimwear (liner removed), and opened beauty products can't be returned — hygiene rules, not us being difficult.
How do I start a return?+
Email sixfigures2026@yahoo.com with your order number and why you're sending it back. We'll take it from there.
When do I get my money back?+
Once we get your return and give it a once-over, approved refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may sit on it a couple extra days — that part's on them. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless it was our error.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?+
Easiest move: return the original (once approved) and place a fresh order for what you actually want. It's faster than waiting on a swap.
My order arrived damaged, wrong, or just not it — now what?+
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, and we cover the return shipping. That one's on us.
Sizing
How do I know what size to get?+
Every product page has its own size chart and a "how to measure" breakdown right above the description — that's your source of truth, since fit varies by style.
Do things run true to size?+
Our tees and hoodies are true to size (unisex, classic fit). Bodycon and slip styles have stretch built in — if you're between sizes on those, size up for comfort.
I'm still not sure what to order — help?+
Measure yourself (bust, waist, hip), check it against the size chart on the product page, and when in doubt, size up. Or just email us — we'll help you figure it out.
Order Tracking
Where's my tracking number?+
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info the second your order ships. Check spam if it's MIA.
My tracking says nothing yet — is that normal?+
Yes — give it 24–48 hours after you first get the number for the carrier to update. Longer than that? Email us with your order number and we'll dig in.
My order's late — what do I do?+
Delays happen (weather, customs, high demand) even with reliable partners. If it's significantly late, email sixfigures2026@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
